Helya is based on the ancient Norwegian/Viking legendary goddess Hel. The end boss Helya, you would have met before, in both the Stormheim quest line and in the Maw of Souls dungeon. Trial of Valor is a small raid that was released after the The Emerald Nightmare raid. When you reach the next level when the next expansion has come out, you will be unable to use this facility. This raid could be experienced though the Look For Raid tool when at max level for the expansion. This raid can be played at normal, heroic and mythic levels. The instance was released in the Legion expansion.
